Our team is thrilled to expand our community even more with the launch of TRANSFORMERS: Tactical Arena to Android users! With this big update, we’ve put together a FAQ for old and new players joining us on a new device. QUESTIONS

  1. Will progress transfer between platforms?

    Yes! Players can generate a code to enter on your Android or Apple device to link progress between devices from the Settings tab within the app. Use the steps below to link your progress:

    Follow these steps to link progress between platforms:

    • Open Transformers: Tactical Arena on both devices you want linked

    • If you have not yet completed the tutorial on one device, select the “Link Existing Account” button on the bottom of the screen when you first open the app

    • Open the Menu and select “Settings”

    • Scroll down and select “Link Account”

    • Select the device with the progress you want to transfer to another device and choose “Generate Link Code” to generate a code

    • On the device you want the progress transferred to, select “Enter Link Code” and confirm “Link”

    • Enter the generated code to link your progress

    • Confirm your progress was linked and exit out of the pop-ups to play

    • *Players can choose to “Unlink” their accounts in the Settings menu but this will erase all progress on the device choosing to unlink

    2. Are there any main differences between the platforms?

    No differences between Apple and Android platforms

    3. Will Android PC be supported?

    No

    4. How is progress saved to Android devices?

    Your progress is saved to your Google Play Games account and linked to our servers. To access your data on multiple devices, ensure you are logged into the same Google Play Games account on all devices.

    Deleting and reinstalling the app will not delete your progress.

    5. How do I transfer my progress to multiple Android devices?

    Your progress is saved to your Google Play Games account and linked to our servers. To access and link your data on multiple devices, ensure you are logged into the same Google Play Games account on all devices.

    Deleting and reinstalling the app will not delete your progress.

    Progress cannot be transferred to different Google Play Games accounts.

    6. Will matchmaking be cross-play?

    Yes

    7. Will you support controllers on Android devices?

    Controllers are not supported on Android or Apple devices.
