Robot Rumble Community Tournament

We’re excited to announce our second TRANSFORMERS: Tactical Arena Community Tournament which will again be held in our Official Discord from September 9 to September 11! Participation is only for community Discord members so if you haven’t joined our official Discord yet, head over there to sign up. Please fill out the form as early as possible and no later than the morning of the 9th to be included in our event. Here’s an overview on what to expect:

Bring out your best robots

Tournament Format:

This tournament’s theme is Robot Rumble! Change up your usual playstyle and make your deck using only robots. Any structure, portal, minions, or spell cards will not be allowed. Feel free to reach out to our community team members on Discord if you have any questions about a card’s qualifications to be included in this tournament.

Deck Rules:

To make sure the playing field is fair, decks will be limited to how many tanks players can use. 

Each deck can have: 

•One Tier 1 tank - Scorponok, Grimlock, Tarn or

•Two Tier 2 tanks - Galvatron, Rhinox, Bonecrusher, Chromia, Legendary Cards, Skylynx

Players can use their alt mode if they have any legendary cards in their deck.

Bracket Setup

Similar to our last community tournament, players will be matched with each other based on their Victory Points. Players matched together will generate a code and play the best two out of three games to decide who will advance. Sticking with your original team or changing up your squad in between matches is up to you to decide. We encourage our players to share any replays of the match when they post match results.

The tournament will be formatted in a double elimination style so players can come back from a defeat and still be in the running for the championship.

Game results

Matches will be played, and results, along with replays, will be shared in our dedicated Discord channel. Each round will have specific dates-ranges for scheduling and completing matches. Players are required to post their results before the designated deadline for each round.

Who will come out on top:

Whoever is declared the ultimate victor will be awarded 500 Shanix and bragging rights of the best robot deck!
